After an early morning workout at the gym, I throw together my favorite juice concoction:
2 apples
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
1 handful fresh spinach
1 handful fresh broccoli
½" slice of red beet
1 inch of fresh ginger
½ lemon (peeled)
You'll need a good juicer to get the best results. The recipe makes about about a pint. Look for a nice energy boost.
